Michael sold our home for FULL price in 12 hours!!!! No, I'm not kidding. It may have been an anomally but WOW was it impressive. He provided a list of suggestions to get it turn-key ready and we followed ALL his suggestions. It took us about 2 weeks to prepare it and we had to put some money into getting it ready (repairs, etc) but the work and money was worth the payoff. Our home SOLD in 12 -hours and was trending #1 on Zillow the NEXT DAY after listing and continued to trend #1 for weeks after (even though it was already under contract)! The bottom line is that Mike knows his business and this area VERY well. He provides top-notch customer service and delivers results. Michael was awesome! He took charge of the process and explained everything when we were buying our first home. He grew up here and knows the area very well, plus contractors, lenders, inspectors. If he didn't know a specific answer he found out and got back to us right away. The best part of our experience was that we knew he wasn't going to bs us and we could trust him with the home buying process, but also his recommendations for repairs, workmen, etc. With all that goes in to buying a home, we didn't have to worry about our agent following through. He called when he said he would and showed up on time or before and prepared. He is now working with my parents and we will continue to send everyone we know to him when buying or selling a home.
